“This post included in Real Life’s Your Life Your Blog”
Hello to all my fellow bloggers that aren’t at “Blissdom“. I am so excited that Household 6 Diva created this awesome blog hop for all of us that can’t be at this wonderful conference. What a great idea!
I am a former liberal, FT Working Single Woman and now am a Conservative, Christian, Wife, Mama, Blogger and Reviewer Trying to Manage Life with Fibromyalgia. I started blogging about a year ago when the pain I have every day became unmanageable and all I could do was lay in bed trying to get some relief. The most activity that I had was playing on my laptop. I started by investigating couponing so I could save money on our grocery bills but then I found out about all the wonderful blogs out there in the blogoshpere, and the rest is history. I had no idea what a blog was let along twitter and facebook.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for nine years. We have had out good times and bad times but now all times are put before God because we were both baptized as “born again” believers last August. Our lives have changed dramatically in the nine years that we have been together and with God’s grace we will have many more years together.
We have two children. Our “princess” is 8 years old, some days going on 13. She love singing and dancing and any kind of performance. She is my drama girl and all girl. Our “superhero” is 4 years old and is all boy. He loves building things, playing with “guys” (any kind of action figure) and his latest passion is creating games on the computer.
My blog is eclectic. In the last year, I have been trying to figure out my niche but really haven’t found it yet. It started as a savings blog and then a blog to reach out to others with fibromyalgia and then just a family blog. I like to post about everything that is on my mind. I also want to share that it is never too late to become one of God’s girls.
I have been on a journey just like my blog is and without giving up, my Father God, sat patiently waiting for me to come to him. I have experienced a lot in my 45 years but this season with God by my side is definitely the best one yet and I know there are more to come.
I hope you enjoy visiting here today. As I told my readers, there are a lot of things to come in the future. I am working with someone to design my blog. I am also in the process of working on giveaways and I am reviewing products and books that I will tell everyone about soon.
As in my life, my blog has gone through changes and there are so many exciting things to come. Have a great time blog hopping. I hope you come back to visit!
Have a blessed and pain free day!

Good morning, Karen~I just LOVE visiting your blog! You are so REAL! PRAISE GOD that you and your DH were baptized believers last year. All things happen in God's timing!I come from a family of fibro sufferers and in the pas two years, have come to think that is what I have as well, although my doctor here says no. I will look into a specialist close by here and see what they have to say.I pray you have a wonderful day! I'll be back! Ha! Scary thought, huh? lolBlessings~Laura

I loved visiting here today….I love your heart and your love for God. I can't pass by without sharing with you that there is a Christian wellness center that helps to reverse fibromyalgia and let you know that you don't have to live with it. http://www.newstart.com Blessings, Colleen
Stopping by from the Blog Hop. Thanks for your visit and comment to my blog. I believe we are twitter friends or tweetie birds or whatever you want to call it, but I recognized you right away from Twitter. Nice to visit your blog and get to know you and your family a little bit more!
Hey Twitter buddy and fellow Iowan! I wish you a pain-free day!
I am from the blog hop. My best friend had fibro and 16 years ago it was so hard because no one seemed to believe she was in pain. I'm glad you talk about it and help other gals who are hurting. Very pretty design.Lori Z
